Upon successful receipt of full payment, guests will be sent instructions regarding key collection. If you require a cot or a high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge. Pets are prohibited at the property.
