• Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented at our office. • Keys must be picked up at the office located at: AVDA. DE LA PAU, 32, PLATJA D'ARO, 17250. • End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Guests can either clean the property themselves before departure or request an additional cleaning service through the agency for an extra fee. • If the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, we offer a daily rental option. • If the accommodation allows pets, please inform us in advance, as an additional fee applies. • A cash deposit of €250 for apartments and €350 for houses is required upon arrival. • The tourist tax is not included in the price. The cost is €1.925 per person (ages 16 and older) per day (for a maximum of 7 days). • The deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out. To ensure a peaceful and pleasant environment at the property, reservations for youth groups are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the staying guests and must reside at the property throughout the entire duration of the stay. Reservations made on behalf of third parties or for individuals other than those registered on the booking will not be accepted. Furthermore, group bookings intended for hosting parties, events, or social gatherings are strictly prohibited.
