Once full payment has been paid, the property will contact you with instructions for key collection and check-in. Please note that air conditioning is available in all bedrooms at fixed times during the day from 22:00 until 09:00. Please note that bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and electricity, water and gas charges are all included in the price. Supplements are not included in the total cost and should be paid for separately during your stay. A damage deposit of 500 euros must be paid by bank transfer one week before arrival to cover the cost of the final cleaning (150 euros) and to cover any damages that may occur to the property. Upon departure, the property will be inspected, and if found to be in good condition, the damage deposit amount will be refunded to the guest, less the 150 euros final cleaning fee.
