-It is forbidden to deposit rubbish bags in the common areas of the building.
-Please always carry your keys with you. Going to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9:00 p.m. will cost 25 euros. - Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be borne by the guest.
"IMPORTANT: Towels stained with makeup or irreparably stained may be claimed by the client for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel.
