Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 425 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Electricity is charged based on actual consumption. The price includes 20 kWh per day. For higher consumption, an additional charge of EUR 0.50 per kWh is applied. The charge applies to consumption from May to October. From December until March 15, 2026, electricity costs are approximately EUR 5 per day.
Environmental costs: Amount of EUR 23.75 per stay up to 7 nights. For stays of 7 nights and longer, the rate applies for each week started.
The deposit is EUR 425 and will be refunded within 14 days after departure.
