Access to all apartments (except the Deluxe Duplex Apartment) is via the Guindais Stairs (public) to the rear entrance of the building (number 8), equivalent to a 3rd floor. Afterwards, depending on the apartment, you may still have to go down the internal stairs of the building. It is an old building, fully renovated but without a lift. For this reason we ask you to be careful to select only the Duplex Deluxe Apartment for all people with reduced mobility, baby carriages, a lot of luggage and difficulty climbing stairs. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 15, payable in cash upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
