There is a check-in machine at Weststrasse 146, where you have to provide your booking number, your passport or ID number, and a credit or debit card for payment. After the registration and the payment, you will receive your room key. Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00. Parking is 25 CHF per day, please contact the property to reserve a spot, parking is limited. The office is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests will be provided with an emergency number, should they require assistance outside of these hours. Please note that there is no daily cleaning service at the property. For longer stays, basic weekly cleaning will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be booked on site at a surcharge. Pleae note that early and late Check-ins has an additional cost of 50 CHF.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
