The property is a ground floor with a restaurant next to it. To complete the self check-in process, guests are required to present a photo ID prior to arrival. If you choose not to present your photo ID prior to arrival, you will not be able to use the self check-in. Instead, you will need to present your photo ID upon arrival during regular check-in hours at the "Crema e Cioccolato" Bar Please note that each guest must present a valid ID at check-in, and the Host is required to report the arrival of guests to the police and the municipality (with the ID details). You can enter independently with the codes we will send you on the day of arrival, but before entering the house, we kindly ask you to stop by the "Bar Crema & Cioccolato" (around the corner on Via Tomasicchio), where a friend of ours can verify your ID.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
