Minimum booking age: 23 years old Guests must follow Vida Sol community rules when using shared amenities. No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. One dog (up to 17 lbs) is welcome at no additional charge. Additional or larger dogs require prior approval and may incur a fee. Do not sleep on sofas or move furniture without permission. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be pre-approved. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in poor condition. All guests, visitors, and pets must be declared and approved before arrival. Unauthorized guests or animals are subject to a $75 daily fee per person/pet. Pets are allowed on the main level only and must stay off furniture and beds. A signed rental agreement is required before arrival. A $300 refundable security deposit is required before check-in and will be returned after check-out, provided there is no damage and all house rules are followed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
