Please note that car access is not possible in winter. The closest public parking space is 1.5 km downhill from the holiday home. From there, everything (including groceries) has to be carried or brought with a sleigh to the property (available from the owner when collecting the keys). Alternatively, you can drive to the Kanzelbahn parking space, which is 500 metres above the holiday home. From there, the property can be reached by sleigh or on skis. Please note that snow chains are required on this road which is not paved and is often difficult to drive on in heavy snow. Please note that during the winter months (November - March) an extra fee of 10€ per person is required for the transport of bed linens and other necessities to the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
