Tourist tax: €1 per adult per day (first 7 days). 4. Low season (10/15-04/15): €300 per week for water, electricity and gas. Monthly: €800. 5. Late check-in: €45 (20:00-24:00), €70 (after 24:00). 6. More than 8 people: supplement of €15 per person per day in June, July and August. 7. Pets: €100 per week. 8. New Year's Eve supplement: €250 for short stays. 9. Refundable deposit: €1000 weekly, €1500 monthly, refundable 7 days after check-out. 10. Attractive monthly rates in low season (October-April) for stays of 1 to 5 months. 11. Flexible cancellation: free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. Full price if canceled within 60 days. Prepayment by bank transfer is refundable within 14 days. 12. Modification and Cancellation: There is no fee for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking. 13. Children Policy: Children are welcome. Up to 2 years, free of charge.
