Our Requirements to Book: 1️⃣ Must be 25 years of age to book our property, and we may request an ID for verification. 2️⃣ Must have a verified profile with a minimum of 3 reviews (average 4.7 rating). 3️⃣ Review terms of and sign our required rental agreement which will be in your guest portal once booking is confirmed. This MUST be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation. 4️⃣ Provide full names and ages of all guests staying on property in the chat. This must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation. 5️⃣ Rental agreement must be signed and guest list submitted prior to receiving property access instructions. 6️⃣ $175.00 security deposit is required off-platform through Hospitable. Deposit is refunded once cabin has been inspected and it’s determined there is no damage to property or contents (usually 3 days after check out). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Roads to our Property: Reaching our cabin involves driving up a paved, winding and sometimes steep mountain road. Keep in mind that these roads can become traitorous during inclement weather, and you should plan accordingly. Resort Water: The Preserve Resort is on well water. It can have a sulfur smell however, it's not harmful. You may want to consider using bottled water for drinking and cooking.Swimming pool is closed from Sat 2 May 2026 until Mon 31 Aug 2026 Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
