- Check-in time starts from 15:00 until 20:00. Guests are required to arrive before 20:00. During Chinese New Year, the check-in time starts from 17:00.
- Check-out time is before 11:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
