The name on the reservation must match the name on the credit card used for payment. A valid government-issued ID of the reservation holder must be uploaded before arrival. If verification is not completed or the names do not match, the booking will be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, and processing fees (minimum 5%) may apply.
