If a reservation is made for more than 2 apartments or more than 8 nights, the establishment may contact guests to request payment of 30% of the total amount, which must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the reservation. This payment is non-refundable. To ensure a swift check-in, the arrival schedule must be provided in advance. The tourist tax is charged separately. A compulsory 300,00€ security deposit will be requested upon check-in. There is no 24 hour reception. All check-in outside the stated schedule are subject to confirmation. Smoking, pets, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden. Silent hours must be respected: 22:00h - 10:00h.
