Cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the property under any circumstances. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Guests are required to keep the room in a reasonable and clean condition. Excessive dirtiness will result in an additional cleaning fee of 70€. Smoking or leaving strong odors in the room will result in a penalty of 150€. This includes any evidence of smoking such as cigarette smell, ash, cigarette butts, or any other traces found in the room. Any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment must be reported immediately and will be charged accordingly. In cases of serious damage or extreme misuse, the full cost of the room or repair may be charged. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 and must be respected. Check-out time must be respected. Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges. By completing the reservation and staying at the property, guests agree to all house rules and conditions stated above.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
