House rules (1) Registration For security purposes, valid photo identification is required before check-in for all guests/visitors. Any Government IDs are acceptable such as driving license, passport, etc. (2) Number of Check-In Guests Only the declared guests are allowed to check-in. If occupants differ from the booking name, they must be declared. No additional or unauthorized guests are permitted. We welcome declared visitors as well (free of charge) given that they stayed up to 9pm only. A 500/night/pax will apply for visitors who stayed past 9pm. Management reserves the right to evict both declared and undeclared guests without refund, and a fee of 500/day will apply to uphold building rules and to respect the community. (3) Security Deposit Security Deposit is required upon check in. P3000 for 1-6 days stay P5000 for more than 7 days stay P10000 for stays more than 15 days & P15,000 for stays more than 30 days For long term stay more than 2 months, a security deposit of min of P10,000 for every month stay. Refund will be given 24-72hrs after inspection of the unit upon check out. (4) Early Check In - Late Check Out & Late Check In after Early check-out is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. Early check in fee of P300/hr and Late Check Out fee of P300/hr. (5) Cleaning Fees Cleaning Fees is an off house cleaning services. Additional house cleaning & laundry service will be charged upon request. Cleaning is still required every week for long term stay at the expense of the guest with the cleaning fee of P500 per clean. (6) Outdoor Shoe Please NO Outdoor Shoe inside the unit. You can place your shoes inside the shoe cabinet. Indoor slippers are provided. (7) Smoking All condo units are 100% non-smoking. P10,000.00 fine will be charged towards the guest who violates the smoking policy to respect the building rules and community. (8) Garbage Collection Trash are collected during a certain hours. Kindly leave it in the front door from 8:30pm-9:30pm or 8:30am-9:30am everyday and our building maintenance will get it for you. This is for strict compliance. P5,000 PER violation will be charged who will violate this garbage collection policy based on Building Rules. (9) Moving Furniture Guests are not allowed to re-arrange any interior furniture without our consent. Only the sofa bed can be moved if the booking are for 4 guest. (10) Ogawa MasterDrive Plus Massage Chair Usage • This massage chair is a premium and expensive amenity for your comfort. Please handle it with care. • Socks are required to be worn while using the massage chair for hygiene purposes. This will be provided during your stay. • Do not use the chair if you are sweating, as it could damage the material and mechanisms of the chair. • Please do not consume food or drinks while seated on the massage chair. • Report any issues with the chair immediately. Any damage caused by improper use may result in a charge for repairs or replacement. (11) Switch Off Power Please make sure to switch off all air-conditioners and lights everytime you leave the condo. (12) Stains & Damages Any damage or stubborn stains caused by guests on linens or towels, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, painting, hair dryer, etc will be charged to the guest. Stains are subject for P500 fine. Carpet stains are subject for P2,000 fine. (13) Unit Access We installed smartlocks for easy access. You will be given a passcode 3hrs before your check-in. (14) Door Camera for Security For your safety and ours, there is a door camera installed outside the unit’s entrance. This camera monitors the front door area only and ensures security for all guests. (15) Guest's Valuables Guests are responsible for owned valuables' safety therefore please kindly keep your valuables properly during your stay especially without your presence. (16) Party / Celebration / Photoshoot Party or Celebration / Photoshoot are allowed with an additional fee of P2,500 & P5,000 for a photoshoot. No party/celebration/Photoshoot w/o our consent. Booking should also be at 5 guest (stayover or visitor) Max of 5 visitor or guest only. Undeclared guest/visitors are subject for #2 rule. (17) Long Term Stay A monthly cap of P6,000 for the Electricity + Water bill. Any excess will be charge to guest. Leasing agreement will be provided for the guest who will stay min of 1 month.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
