Pets allowed ONLY upon request, for an extra charge per pet, per day. The maximum number of pets is one. Handicap accessibility items available upon request. For those who require additional accessibility features during their stay, we offer items such as grab bars, shower benches, toilet safety rails, and a wheelchair ramp (front door only). For those guests staying 2 weeks or longer, we can provide you with special access to the HOAs Exclusive Community Clubhouse, with premium amenities such as: Granvilles fitness center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, pickleball, tennis, basketball courts, billiard/ping-pong room & more. You will need to contact us, at least 1 week prior to your arrival to coordinate, and complete the HOA registration form. There is a required HOA fee, per each adult ID card that is created, and this is paid directly to HOA. Children under 14 do not need an ID card, but must be accompanied by an adult. The pool is closed during winter time, and usually opens from May 1st to October 31st. Jacuzzi remains open throughout the year, unless lightning storms. Out of respect to ALL our guests, absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside (including front & backyard) of this house. A penalty will be charged if smoking takes place.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
