There is free parking at the house. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed, with an additional cost of EUR 20 per pet and stay, paid at check-in. Pets are strictly prohibited from getting on the beds or sofa. There is a security camera that records exclusively the entrance door of the house to control access only to people staying in the house. Access to people outside the reservation is forbidden. The tourist tax is payable at check-in (EUR 1 per person per night over 17 years old, with a maximum of 7 nights). In stays of more than two days, there may be maintenance of the outside area by the host (watering of plants, state of the water in the pool, mowing the lawn, etc.). The host will be contacted in advance with the guest to arrange a time. Smoking is forbidden inside the house. To check in before 17:00 or check out after 12:00, please check availability. A charge of EUR 10 applies for each additional hour requested outside of the established times. The availability of the rooms will depend on the number of guests as follows: 1-2 people will have 1 room with a double bed. 3-4 people will have 2 rooms with a double bed. (One of them can be a bunk bed with two single beds instead of a double bed, upon request.) 5-6 people will have 2 rooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. 7-8 people will have 3 rooms: one with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the third with a double bed. 9-10 people will have 3 rooms: one with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the third with two double beds. 11 people will have 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the third with two double beds and a single bed. The barbecue is subject to restrictions due to Pla Alfa. Although it may be available on the platform at the time of booking, there may be a restriction on the dates of your stay, preventing its use (currently available until March 14, 2025, provided there are no restrictions due to Pla Alfa). The swimming pool is available from June to September. Please note that the heating is available from November to February.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
