Complying with the house rules is a requirement of the contract. Failure to respect the following points may result in penalties such as eviction, loss of the amount paid for the entire stay and/or financial penalty. Please note that there is an additional pet fee of 20 euros per stay, regardless of the number of pets and size. 1. The garbage must be thrown by the guest in the containers on the public road upon departure. 2. The dishes and kitchen utensils that have been used must be clean. 3. According to the rules of the community, you cannot make noise from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. 4. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. 5. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terraces. 6. The telescope and binoculars cannot be removed from the accommodation. 7. The area at the bottom of the car park is to be able to turn around, you cannot park. 8.
