No parties or events are allowed and you are encouraged to take care of the apartment, furnishings and spaces as if they were your own. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, while it is possible to use the outdoor spaces taking care to keep them clean. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and incur a surcharge of 25 € for cleaning and sanitization.
