At the end of March 2025, a new law came into effect in the municipality of Mogán (where our apartments are located), called the "Regulatory Fiscal Ordinance on the Tourist Stay Tax", approved by the local Town Hall and published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Las Palmas.
This regulation requires us to charge guests a tourist tax per night and per person. The current amount is €0.15 per person per day, but it may vary throughout the year. Therefore, the applicable rate will be confirmed upon arrival and charged accordingly.
