Guest Access - The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. - It is located on the second floor of a medieval building in the historic center (no elevator, like 99% of apartments in the city center). The property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Other things to keep in mind - We always ask guests to send a simple photo of the IDs of all participants in advance, so we can quickly complete the registration required by Booking and expedite check-in upon your arrival. - The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival and, starting May 1, 2024, is €2 per person per night (for a maximum of 4 nights taxed; after that, there is no charge). - Small dogs are welcome upon request. - The thermostat remains on 24/7 during the winter months. It remains off during the months indicated by municipal ordinances. - You will be met at check-in. * According to Italian law, tourist rentals cannot serve food (so we cannot prepare or provide packaged food) or offer services during your stay (for example, house cleaning during your stay).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
