In case of last minute reservation (less than 24 hours to check in) the free cancellation is available for 15 minutes only. In winter (from September) we switch on the gas heating if needed. we always charge an extra (!) utilities fee based on the meters reading at check in/out. In case of renting multiple apartments, the security deposit is 200euro/apartment. For long-term stays, the deposit is 300euro per apartment. We can accommodate up to 14 people in total in our 3 apartments. washing/drying is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. late check in/out, IF AVAILABLE, cost extra each started hour!Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
