Damage deposit

Important information
An image of the ID of all adult guests must be shared via the platform chat before entering the property by 7 p.m. on the day of check-in. Otherwise, guests will not be allowed entry until 10 a.m. the following day.
Visitors to the property are not permitted unless previously authorized by us via the platform chat, and under no circumstances may guests sleep in the property.
The installation or use of additional appliances that generate higher energy consumption than normal is prohibited.
Any additional electricity or water bills at the property will be charged directly to the guest responsible for the reservation. Therefore, we ask for reasonable use of appliances and items that consume more energy.
The use of drugs is prohibited in the apartment. If these types of substances are detected, the reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund.
Moderate and responsible alcohol consumption is permitted as long as it does not disturb the peace of the neighbors and does not exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
Hanging items from the property's balconies is prohibited, as this may result in a fine that guests will be charged by building management.
Using the building's hallways or elevators with bare or wet feet is prohibited under any circumstances.
All additional costs for repairs, repairs, and replacement of lost items or assets must be fully borne by guests.
Loud noise is prohibited after 9 p.m. under any circumstances.
The guest is responsible for any fines imposed by building management for misuse of the facilities or failure to comply with the rules of coexistence.
Smoking and partying are prohibited in the apartment. If this behavior is detected, a fine will be applied.
If police officers are present on the property, the reservation is immediately canceled with no refund.
Arrival before check-in time or departure after check-out time without prior authorization is prohibited (which may involve additional payments, depending on the case). If the guest does not leave at the regular check-out time, they will be charged an additional night's rate with no option to file a claim.
Reservations for third parties are not permitted without the presence of the primary guest. If this situation is detected, the reservation will be immediately canceled, and the associated cancellation fee will apply.
It is the guest's sole responsibility to indicate the number of people or pets (if applicable) that will be using the property. If this information is omitted (intentional or unintentional), the reservation will be immediately canceled without any objection and the associated cancellation fee will apply.
The reservation payment includes a single set of bed linens and towels. If the guest requires additional sets of these items, an additional fee of S/100.00 will be charged, subject to availability.
We provide toilet paper and water bottles as initial supplies, and they are intended to cover the first 24 hours of the guest's stay. Therefore, it is your responsibility to purchase more according to your needs.
Guest service hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., via the platform's chat. Any inquiries outside of these hours will be answered the following business day. In the event of an emergency, please notify the building's reception so they can contact us and assist you (whenever possible, as this can sometimes be difficult due to scheduling).
We do not store luggage before check-in or after check-out under any circumstances.
While we test all the property's appliances, including the TV, Wi-Fi, and hot water, among others, for proper operation, we do not guarantee their full operation throughout the entire reservation (as problems, accidents, or common eventualities can always arise, as is the case in any home). If any of the above items fail, our technicians will schedule a repair as soon as possible and subject to availability. Guests agree that no refund will be issued for the failure of the aforementioned items.
We are not responsible for personal items left behind after guests' departure under any circumstances; however, we try to locate and return them whenever possible, although we cannot guarantee that this will happen.
Certified assistance animals (certification is required) are not considered pets within the reservation, and guests will not incur an additional cost.
Minor guests may only enter when accompanied by their parents.
Underage guests are not permitted to use the lobby, reception, or other areas of the building as a waiting area before or after the reservation under any circumstances.
Use of common areas is subject to prior reservation and availability due to use/reservations of other departments/repairs/cleaning, etc.; therefore, we do not guarantee immediate availability when the guest requests it. There may be some common areas that require an additional deposit, according to building rules.
If the guest indicates that they have lost their key or left it inside the apartment or room, they are responsible for the cost of the locksmith or its replacement, if applicable.
The guest agrees that payment for the reservation implies acceptance of all the rules described above.
In case the payment is not in cash and is with a debit or credit card, a 5% charge will be applied to cover the bank expense.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
