If you wish to use the second bedroom, a supplement of EUR 10 per night applies. If you are booking for 1 week, you can order breakfast. A local breakfast is available for a supplement of EUR 9 per person and must be requested at least 8 days prior to arrival. Please note that this property can accommodate up to 2 pets for a supplement of EUR 7 per pet. For stays with a nightly rate, a service fee of EUR 12 per night will be charged and must be paid via the link that will be sent to you within a maximum of 7 days. For stays with a weekly rate, a service fee of EUR 70 will be charged and must be paid via the link you will receive within a maximum of 7 days before arrival. As a reminder, the €800 security deposit will be processed via a pre-authorization via the link you will receive. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS AMOUNT WILL NOT BE DEBITED BUT WILL ONLY BE DEBITED BY A CERTAIN BANK.) You must pre-authorize this request, otherwise you may be denied access to the cottage.
