Please note this property has a strict "No Party Policy".
After 10.30pm please move inside from your outside areas to avoid noise disturbing neighbouring guests.
Any breach of this could result in a $250 fine per noise complaint and immediate eviction from the property.
Please note that the apartments are not serviced on a daily basis. However, daily housekeeping service is available upon request (charges apply).
Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card and a 3.50% charge when you pay with American Express.
Please note all children and infants must be included in the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartments. Charges apply if this rule is not followed.
Excessive mess, soiling of the apartment or rubbish left will result in additional cleaning fees being charged.
Extra charges will apply if furniture/chattels have been moved around in the apartment to cover time taken to restore the apartment.
