Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

If the schedule allows it, and you wish to arrive earlier or later, do not hesitate to contact our staff directly at least 48 hours before your arrival, and we will come back to you to confirm whether or not it is possible to fix another appointment.
Please note that if you plan to arrive or leave on a French public holiday, or outside our initial check-in (3pm) and check-out (10am) times, you will be asked to pay a supplement of 50€.
Please also note that any delay, beyond 45 minutes of waiting on site by our team, will be charged 40€.
