Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
In case you rent the accommodation for a month a deposit of EUR 500 is required.
Please note that late check-in comes at an extra cost.
For check-ins after 19:00 the cost is EUR 10.
For check-ins after 22:00 the cost is EUR 20.
Please note that it is not possible to check-in between 00:00 and 9:00.
Early check-out is possible at an extra cost
For check-outs before 07:00. Guests leave the key in a save and the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer
Please note that towels and linen are available to rent at the property for an extra fee. Bed linen is available for EUR 6, towels for EUR 5, and a combination of the 2 is EUR 10. All these prices are per person, per stay.
Please note that there is nowhere to park your car on site, parking is available 150 metres from the property.
The outdoor swimming pool is open between 1 June and 15 September.
Regarding pets:
Only dogs are allowed. Maximum two per stay. Please note that a request to stay with the dogs has to be filed to and approved by the property prior to the check-in date.
