No additional visitors beyond those in the reservation are allowed. Visits must be requested, subject to availability, confirmation, and payment of a supplement. Remaining payment must be made one week before arrival, plus a €50 damage deposit, refundable within 3–4 business days after departure. Property must be left in a similar state of cleanliness and conservation as at arrival, with responsible use of facilities and equipment. The house is exclusively for vacation accommodation; celebrations, events, or other activities are not permitted.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
