Liability and Safety General Liability: The tenant is liable for their own actions as well as those of any other occupants of the property—even occasional ones—regarding any potential compensation claims arising from damages or losses caused by them. OUTDOOR POOL (IMPORTANT): The tenant acknowledges, declares they understand, and expressly accepts that THE OUTDOOR POOL DOES NOT HAVE A PERIMETER SAFETY FENCE. Therefore, extreme caution must be exercised, and constant, uninterrupted adult supervision must be maintained when minors, dependent persons, or individuals with disabilities are present. Use of the pool is at the guests' sole risk; the property is completely absolved of any civil liability, damages, accidents, or losses arising from pool use or a lack of supervision. LOW-LEVEL WINDOWS: Guests are advised that, due to architectural design and structural safety requirements, certain windows in the property are situated lower than standard and are equipped with a fixed opening limiter. Tampering with, forcing, removing, or altering these safety systems or opening limiters is strictly prohibited. The property accepts no liability for negligence, falls, or accidents resulting from improper use of the windows or alteration of their limiting mechanisms. - Prohibitions and House Rules The following are expressly prohibited: Bringing furniture into the accommodation or carrying out renovations or repairs without the express written authorization of the vacation home owner. Taking furniture intended exclusively for indoor use outside the property. Accommodating more people than the maximum capacity established and contracted for the property. Using the property for commercial lodging purposes (subletting) or for any purpose other than that for which it was rented. Bringing in explosive or flammable materials/substances, or any others that could cause damage, risk, or nuisance to other occupants or neighbors. Using pyrotechnics or fireworks, either inside the house or anywhere on the outdoor grounds. Engaging in any activity that violates standard rules of conduct, hygiene, or public order, or that disturbs the rest of other guests or neighbors. Bringing in appliances or devices that significantly alter the property's average water and energy consumption. Smoking inside the house: This is a 100% smoke-free property regarding indoor spaces. Waste management and cleaning: Discarding cigarette butts or other objects outside the house (in the garden, entrance areas, etc.) is prohibited. If the grill/barbecue is used, it must be left completely clean before the day of departure. Trash must be bagged and disposed of in the public dumpsters located next to the park adjacent to the property. Sanitation system care: Flushing wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, or any other object that could cause a blockage down drains or toilets is strictly prohibited. Rural setting and quiet enjoyment: Please remember that the property is located in a rural area where tranquility prevails. Making noise, playing loud music, or holding celebrations that disturb the neighbors is strictly prohibited after midnight (00:00). Although there is some distance between properties, there are other houses in the area; therefore, noise regulations must be observed and neighbors respected when outdoors. This house is designed for enjoyment, but always in a responsible manner. Regarding pets: the property is fully fenced so they cannot escape; cleaning up after them is mandatory, and they are not permitted on beds, chairs, sofas, etc.Swimming pool is closed from Sun 1 Nov 2026 until Sun 25 Apr 2027 Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
