The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
Charges for lost or blocked keys: €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours.
Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left in the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
