Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

We do not accept in our villa reservations from groups or individuals attending large events such as festivals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please note that the use of air conditioning will incur an additional charge of EUR 320 per week. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self-check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours. For stays over 10 nights, a complimentary change of bed linens and towels is offered for free.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
