Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Please note that towels and bed linen are not provided. You can rent sheets on site for EUR 8.50 per person per stay. The cleaning fee is also optional. The price ranges from 50 EUR to 250 EUR depending on the accommodation rented.
Holiday rentals (parties, bachelor parties, etc.) are prohibited in this establishment. No sound overflow will be tolerated.
