Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. DEPOSIT OR WAIVER: Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must submit a deposit or waiver through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable deposit (minus a processing fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI via text with a URL link to start the verification process. Check-in information will be provided after verification is complete. Guests who book may also be required to agree to our House Rules or Terms & Conditions. CHECK-IN FORM: Prior to receiving check-in instructions, guests will be required to complete a Check-in Form with our standard Rental Agreement terms and conditions, which reflects our House Rules. For verification purposes, a copy of your photo ID will be requested and must match the name of the credit card on file. For a seamless check-in, please make sure all your payments are completed before check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
