OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE: Spanish law obliges and requires that all adults over 17 years old must be registered. To formalize the reservation, you must bring the official identity documents of all adults staying in the accommodation. This process must be completed before the entrance closes in order to access the accommodation. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. SECURITY: Please make sure the main door is always closed. HELP with the energy crisis by ensuring that all appliances are switched off when you are not in the apartment. Remember to turn off the air conditioning and heating when you are not in the apartment. Please take care of the apartment. Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it. On the day of departure please leave the apartment in good condition. Near each apartment you will find garbage containers. It is strictly prohibited to accommodate people who are not registered in the reservation, to hold parties, to disturb other guests or to play loud music. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of 60 euros per set, which will be deducted from the security deposit. Non-compliance with these rules may result in sanctions and will be grounds for expulsion. As specified in the conditions of your reservation, a security deposit is required to protect against any damage. Through a secure online service, we never request your bank details over the phone. The deposit amount is not charged or blocked — it is a pre-authorization only. The guest authorizes the owner or authorized personnel to access the accommodation when necessary to carry out essential maintenance or repair work. Prior notice will be given whenever possible Cribs have to be requested at least 24 hours before arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
