Guests with bookings at the beginning or end of this period are advised to check availability in advance before confirming their reservation. The beach season typically runs from 1 June to 30 September. Opening and closing dates may be extended depending on weather conditions in May and October. As with the pool, guests planning to stay near the start or end of the season are encouraged to verify availability prior to booking. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign a contract including the house rules (partly already available on Booking.com) and the condominium regulations.
