ONLINE CHECK-IN AND PROPERTY ACCESS To ensure a fast, secure, and fully autonomous arrival process, all guests are required to complete the online check-in and traveler registration prior to arrival, in accordance with current regulations. Once the registration process has been completed and the reservation has been verified, guests will receive on their mobile phone the necessary instructions to independently collect the keys from one of our secure lockboxes. The property offers a self check-in system; therefore, in-person key handover is not required. Guests who require in-person assistance to complete the online check-in between 16:00 and 19:00 must request this service in advance, subject to availability. This personalized service carries an additional fee of EUR 30. Additionally, if the guest requests an in-person handover of keys instead of autonomous access, an extra supplement of EUR 30 will apply. These measures allow us to provide a more flexible, fast, and secure access experience for all guests.
