You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. It is not permitted or possible to charge electric cars, it is not permitted or possible to have parties of any kind or put loud music outside the house beyond 10 pm. Air conditioning is only available from June 1st to September 15th. Outside of these dates, you can apply for additional 20€ per day. Upon arrival, it is mandatory to show the identity documents of all guests and the tourist tax of 1€ per person must be paid. Children under 10 do not pay the tourist tax. Furthermore, up to 5 people have two air conditioners available in the two rooms on the first floor. From 6 people up, there will be three air conditioners available, as it is also possible to use the large room on the ground floor with several single and double beds. Please want to turn off the air conditioners when leaving the house all day to respect the environment and avoid waste. Separate waste collection is mandatory. All the specific rules to follow step by step are listed inside the house. I'm always available to help you dispose of any excess garbage by taking it to the nearby collection center. In the case of incorrect exposure of waste and any penalty, this will be your responsibility.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
