A security deposit of €150 is required upon arrival for stays longer than 8 days. This will be collected in cash. You should be reimbursed on the day of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. At your arrival, an inventory check will be carried out with the house concierge, along with a reading of the electricity meter. We include 33 kWh of electricity upon the travelers’ arrival. Any additional electricity consumption during the stay will be charged to you. please note:• All reservations are confirmed only after payment of a deposit. • The deposit is set at 30% of the total cost of the stay. • The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. • If the deposit is not paid within the specified time frame, the reservation is automatically canceled. • The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, unless the accommodation provider grants a special exception. Guests must leave the premises clean upon departure. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Danger: GAS Safety Guests must close the windows and the main entrance door when leaving the property. Guests are requested to turn off all electrical appliances and shut off the gas cylinder within the property to prevent damage to the electrical system and avoid the risk of fire. Waste and Property Guests must follow waste management instructions and use the designated bins provided by the residence. Bedroom trash bins must be emptied daily and on the day of departure. The apartment must be left in a clean condition on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of 10,000 CFA. Check-out Times and Late Check-out Check-out time is 11:00 AM GMT. Any check-out after this time, without prior agreement, will incur a surcharge of 20% of the nightly rate, for up to 3 hours past the deadline. If the check-out is delayed by more than 3 hours, an additional night will be charged at the current rate. Any delay not reported in advance may result in the loss of late check-out privileges for future stays.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
