Damage deposit
A damage deposit of CAD 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is limited to two people per bed.
The number of guests allowed in the apartment is equivalent to twice the number of authorized occupants in the apartment, as previously determined. (1 bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 23:00 / 2 bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 23:00)
Illegal drugs and smoking are not permitted in the unit. We have security on-site and cameras in common areas to ensure compliance with these rules.
Failure to comply with these rules could result in expulsion and also we may retain the security deposit.
Kindly note that at the end of the free cancellation period you will receive a secure payment link in order to authenticate and pay for your reservation.
Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in.
The CAD 300 security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement.
