Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Cleaning and linen are included in the price of the stay. It is possible to park for free in the street of the house, but the garage is not made available to tenants because it is very narrow. A deposit transfer of 450 euros will be requested (neither cash nor check are accepted) and will be refunded to you within 48 hours of your departure if no damage has been noted and the bed linen loaned is returned in full and in good condition. Cleaning fees may be applied in addition if dirty dishes are left or if the house is abnormally dirty after your departure.
