General Rules Please note that guests must carefully review all listing details before booking. Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Guests under 21 may stay only with prior approval and a refundable $100 security deposit (returned within 14 days if no damages are found). Third‑party bookings are not permitted unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, with up to 2 additional guests allowed at $15 per person, per night (with prior approval). Pets Pets are welcome with prior approval. Only dogs are allowed (no cats). The pet fee is $30 per stay, per dog (non‑refundable). For stays longer than 8 nights, a flat fee of $250 per dog applies. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee. Check‑In / Check‑Out Standard check‑out is by 10 AM. Early check‑in may be available for $30 (subject to availability). Late check‑out may be available for $45 until 12 noon (subjec to availability). Unauthorized late check‑out will incur a $100 fee. Parking Free parking is available on‑site. Vehicles must be parked fully within designated lines and must not block driveways or sidewalks. House Guidelines All trash must be placed inside bins provided. Leaving trash outside will result in a $100 fee. Smoking or drugs are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property; evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 fee. Shoes should be removed indoors when possible to maintain cleanliness No food or drinks are allowed on beds. Decorative items are not for guest use; damage or removal will result in a fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties, events, fireworks, and firearms are strictly prohibited. Amenities Access to clubhouse amenities (pool, gym) is available upon request. Lost key cards incur a $200 replacement fee. Use of amenities is at guests’ own risk. Enforcement Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. If any amenity is unavailable due to prior guest use or maintenance, guests will be notified before check‑in and offered an alternative solution. Standard cancellation policies apply if guests choose not to proceed. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM & Check-out until 10:00 AM Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in. You need to let the property know what time you'll be arriving in advance. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type.
