Accommodation Description and Terms of Access The apartment features Wi-Fi, hot water, and a direct view of the pool. It is located in a pleasant golf resort, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and offers several recreational facilities: a mini-soccer field, a children’s playground, and a weight training and fitness area. Accommodation Policies: Unmarried couples of Moroccan nationality are not permitted to stay in the apartment without presenting a marriage certificate. This restriction also applies to mixed-nationality couples consisting of one Moroccan and one foreign national. Unmarried couples are accepted only when both individuals are foreign nationals. Welcome Kit and Supplies: A welcome kit is provided upon your arrival. It includes coffee, water, toilet paper, and paper towels for the kitchen. These items are provided only at the beginning of your stay. For the remainder of your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. Late Check-in: Any check-in after 11:00 p.m. will incur an additional late check-in fee of €20. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the residence and the comfort of all occupants. Compliance with Moroccan Law Travelers are required to comply with Moroccan law as well as the residence’s rules and regulations. Couples and Identification Documents • Unmarried Moroccan couples are not permitted to stay at the residence. • When one traveler is a Moroccan national and the other is a foreign national, proof of marriage may be required. • Couples consisting of two foreign nationals may stay with their valid passports.
