A damage deposit is required for all bookings at the property. In addition, valid identification must be provided for all guests staying on the premises. Only the registered guests listed in the booking will be permitted on the property, and the total number of guests must not exceed 10 individuals at any time. If this guest limit is exceeded, a penalty fee of R1500 per additional guest will apply. Prior to check-in, guests are required to review and sign the policy guidelines and house rules. Compliance with these rules is a condition for the stay. Should any guest violate the house rules or policies, the property manager reserves the right to ask the guest(s) to vacate the premises immediately.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
