Please note that all guests need to provide a valid before check-in. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Please note that smoking inside the property is not allowed. Please refrain from using the pool after 22:00 to avoid noise at night. Please shower before swimming, as suntan lotion is not allowed in the pool, as it causes cloudy water and yellow edges, resulting in additional charges for pool maintenance. Leave the villa as you found it and return the furniture to its original place. Due to insects and odour, please remove all garbage and place it in one of the street dumpsters. Please note that there is an additional charge if the barbecue is not cleaned after use or if garbage is left on the property. You have to pay the deposit 7 days before check-in. It will be returned to you, subject to any damages. As required by Spanish law, guests must send a photo of all guests' IDs via WhatsApp 7 days before check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
