Welcome to Au 23, bed and breakfast at the gateway to Paris. Located less than 5 minutes' walk from the metro, you can quickly reach the capital's cultural, tourist and business hotspots (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the Champs Elysées, the Eiffel Tower....). In my 1930s house, specially renovated and extended to accommodate you, our 3 guest rooms measure from 15 to 23 m2. Each has its own en suite shower room with WC, desk, wardrobe, USB ports, WIFI, hairdryer, towel rail and shampoo-shower. We can accommodate up to 8 people. Breakfast is home-cooked, using organic produce, with a choice of sweet or savoury dishes. It is served in the small lounge on the ground floor, which you can enjoy at any time of day. Rates are degressive from the 2nd night! For sustainable and eco-responsible tourism, we favour local, sustainable and homemade products. We look forward to seeing you soon!
