1. Arrival and Departure: Upon arrival, you will receive a key (a spare key is available upon request) and a garage door opener. These must be returned upon departure. If the key is lost, the entire locking system will need to be replaced at your expense. The apartment must be returned in the same condition and left swept clean. 2. Smoking & Drugs: We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted on the east-facing balcony overlooking the driveway. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in any other area of ​​the property or the apartment. Drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the property. 3. Parking: One parking space for a standard-sized vehicle is available in the garage. Larger vehicles must park on the street. 4. Children: The apartment is not childproof and is not suitable for children under 2 years old. Please supervise children at all times, especially on the stairs and balconies. Guests are responsible for their children's behavior and any damages they may cause. 5. Fireplace: The fireplace may only be used after prior arrangement with the host. Firewood is available for a fee. 6. Laundry Service: A separate washing machine for the apartment is available for a fee in our laundry room in the basement. Laundry hours are: Monday - Friday from 1:30 pm to 8:30 pm or Saturdays by appointment. 7. Electricity & Appliances: For fire safety reasons, the use of personal electrical appliances over 100 watts is only permitted after prior consultation. Coolers, cooking appliances (e.g., deep fryers), and heaters are not permitted. 8. Waste & Recycling: We recycle! Guests are responsible for sorting organic waste and recyclables in the designated, labeled containers and disposing of general waste according to the provided guidelines. 9. Arrival Handbook: You are responsible for checking the arrival handbook on the dining table in the kitchen. It contains a complete list of house rules, Wi-Fi information, check-in/check-out instructions, and other helpful information about the neighborhood.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
