Please note that the city tax is only charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is valid from March 2018 and is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 14 per guest.
Payment of the city tax is made at check-in.
For reservations with more than 3 rooms, we apply special group conditions which are as follows:
60 days before arrival, you must pay half the amount.
15 days before arrival, you must pay the remaining amount.
Any changes or cancellations, please contact the Guest House as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee up to 60 days before arrival (for the entire group booking). It is possible to cancel 2 rooms up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after these dates or no-show, we will charge the full amount.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
