Damage deposit
If you cause damage to the accommodation, you will be asked to pay up to EUR 350 after check-out.
Important information
1-. A damage deposit of EUR 250 will be required on arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by bank transfer once the accommodation has been reviewed.
2-. Checkin from 3:00 p.m., although if the loft is ready before, it will be a pleasure to stay before that time. The entrance is made through a key box that will be at your disposal together with the password that we will give you for it, leaving the box closed and tucked in after removing the keys. In situations of loss or forgetting keys, similar incidents, or if you require us to physically move for whatever reason to check in or check out, if it has to be resolved between 09:00 and 20:00, a supplement will be paid 30 euros, between 8:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. a supplement of 45 euros and from 11:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., a supplement of 70 euros to be paid in advance via bizum. The cost of the locksmith (approx €120), for example, leaving the keys inside when leaving the loft or losing the keys (extra charge of €20), will be paid by the guest. The checkout will be before 11:00 a.m., since we must prepare the loft for the following guests. For stays of more than 6 nights (and for each extra week) there is an extra charge of €30 for special cleaning with change of towels and sheets to be paid in advance via bizum.
3-. Upon request, we provide you with an underground parking space in the same building and with direct access to the LOFT entrance area for a very competitive price. The parking is for medium and small size cars. Parking in the center of Seville is conditioned by the narrowness of its streets. You must be used to maneuvering with the car in these types of cities. If you rent the space, you will be provided with an explanatory video with the parameters of the maneuvers to be carried out for a correct entry and exit from the car park. All responsibility for access and use will correspond to the user of the car park.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
